You must select "Ship" from the shipping options during the checkout process. Local Delivery will appear on the next screen. If the local delivery option does not appear, it is likely you have a drop-ship only item in your cart. Be sure to check the product description of the items you wish to order.

• Free local delivery on orders over $50.00 before taxes
• $7.00 delivery fee on orders under $50.00 before taxes
• Local delivery is available Monday - Saturday
• Place an order by 2:00 PM for same-day delivery (exceptions can be made within reason)
• Deliveries go out after 2:00 PM and will arrive no later than 8:00 PM
• Driver will call when they arrive
• NEITHER QUEEN CITY VAPES NOR THE DELIVERY DRIVER/COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OF PACKAGES, SHOULD MAILBOX DROP BE REQUESTED
• DELIVERY FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
• NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. ANY ORDERS PLACED ON SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY
• ABUSE OR DISRESPECT TOWARDS THE DRIVER(S) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF FUTURE SERVICE

ID Verification & Underage Ordering

• ID of RECIPIENT ONLY must be verified before order can be released
• If ID of recipient can not be verified or order is undeliverable, the order will be returned to QCV at 1763 Halifax St. for pickup
• Orders returned for pickup will be held for 72hrs before being refunded minus the delivery fee and a 20% restocking fee.
• If you are underage, any items that are eligible for a refund will be done so minus a FIFTY PERCENT (50%) restocking fee, as well as delivery charges incurred for delivering the items to you, followed by termination of future service. This is absolutely non-negotiable. If you are underage, please do not order items, you will lose money doing so.
