Well, February 1st is here, and we're excited to present our customers with our new website!

QCV has been growing rapidly over the past two years, and we've outgrown our current online shopping site. Luckily, Shopify suited our needs and made it extremely easy for us to launch our new look.

Previously, we had to manually adjust stock online to coincide with what we had available in store. This was tedious work, and was often inconsistent. Many times have we had to let our online shoppers down because a certain item was no longer in stock, as an order for the item(s) was placed before stock could be updated online.

Going with Shopify made inventory far easier to manage, as the point-of-sale system is tied directly with the website. If the item is in stock, it will appear on the website as such. Out of stock? The new site will indicate this. No more guessing games. It was getting to the point where we very nearly employed someone to manage online orders and inventory. We like to run as lean as possible, and going with Shopify provided us with a huge sigh of relief.

You may notice that there are zero products in stock. This is because we have opened the new site up for user registration while we wind down the old site. Our old site will still be available, but will be removed come Feburary 28th. Please continue to use the old site at www.queencityvapes.ca/shop to place your orders online in the meantime.

Once February 28th is upon us, www.queencityvapes.ca will direct visitors and customers directly to our new site.
