Coming in to force
The Regulations come into force on the 15th day after the Gazette II is published (July 8th).
Retailers have until the 15th day after the Regulations come into force (July 23rd) to liquidate stock.
Based on this data, retailers have 15 days from July 8th to deplete their stock of eliquid with concentrations over 20mg/mL. We will continue to sell concentrations over 20mg/mL until July 23rd - after this time, we will be capping all of our e-liquid products to 20mg/mL.
