Per government mandate, we are closed to the public as vape shops have been deemed non-essential businesses.
We are allowed eCommerce for delivery and curbside pickup. We will offer free delivery in Regina for all orders over $25. Option for local delivery will no longer be available effective May 17th. To place an order, please call or visit our website at www.queencityvapes.ca and choose Store Pickup or Local Delivery from shipping options. Online orders to locations outside of Regina will NOT be affected by this change, this is only at our retail location.
If you live outside of Regina, you can have your order shipped to you via Canada Post. Shipping is free for all orders in Canada over $75 before taxes. Payment options online are Visa, Mastercard, and email money transfer. Sorry, AMEX is not an option.

In order to halt "panic purchases" and with hardware supplies dwindling across the country, we have had to place limits on the quantities of certain products:
Replacement Pods (accepts coil, eg. NORD, Vinci)

- 2 packs (except UWELL Caliburn/KoKo: 1 pack)
Replacement Coils (eg. SMOK M17, Horizontech Falcon)

Please understand that this allows others the chance to make a purchase for items they may need.
Cash WILL NOT be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS. Only debit or credit transactions...and try to keep them within tapable limit. If you must pay with cash, too bad. Order online and choose email money transfer/credit card. We are NOT joking around.
How to place an order for pickup:
- Add items to cart on website
- Proceed to checkout
- Continue to shipping method and choose "Store Pickup" from dropdown menu.
- Pick desired method of payment (Credit Card, or E-Transfer)
- Please allow up to 30 minutes, depending on payment type (E-Transfer can take up to 30 minutes).
- Please make sure to have your photo ID ready to verify age.
- Maintain a minimum distance of 2 metres from the door, and your order will be placed to the south side of the building by our staff.
How to place an order for Local delivery (free delivery on orders over $25, ends May 17, 2020):
- Add items to cart on website
- Proceed to checkout
- Continue to shipping method and choose "Local Delivery" from dropdown menu.
- Pick desired method of payment (Credit Card, or E-Transfer)
- You will receive an email when the order has left with driver.
- Please make sure to be home and have your photo ID ready for the driver to verify age.
- If age cannot be verified with photo ID your order will be returned to us and a refund will be issued minus a $5 delivery fee.
Alternatively, you can place an order over the phone. We will not accept email or facebook message orders, unless we have a way of contacting you by phone for authorization. Credit card only, Debit Visa or Debit Mastercards do not work for phone orders.
Delivery Schedule - Tuesday to Saturday (Regina only):
- Orders placed after 7pm will go out after 1pm next day
- Orders placed after 1pm will go out after 4pm
- Orders placed after 4pm will go out after 7pm
